How can I purchase a subscription?

If you are purchasing a 30 day subscription you have to pay online with a credit or debit card. If you are purchasing an annual subscription you can pay online with a credit or debit card or via a pro forma invoice.

There is an administration fee when paying by pro forma invoice. This is due to the extra processing involved in activating the account. Paying by credit or debit card is quick and simple and is our preferred payment method.

Paying by credit or debit card

Once payment has successfully been processed you will have immediate access to the worksheets.

Paying by pro forma invoice

If you select this option, you will be sent a pro forma invoice. This can then be paid in the normal ways by cheque or BACS. You have the option to enter a Purchase Order number or reference before being sent/printing the invoice. When paying via this method, the account is not activated until payment has been received. When the account is activated, an email will be sent to the registered email address.

If no payment is received within 60 days, the account is deleted.

I want to purchase a 30 day trial, are there any limitations?

There is a download limit of 50 worksheets when purchasing a 30 day trial. You can upgrade to a full subscription at any time. If you upgrade before the end of the 30 day subscription, you will receive a discount when upgrading. If your subscription expires, you will have to pay the full amount when purchasing a subscription.

How do I add users?

You can add users at any time

Can I save a worksheet to print out or download later?

Favourites allow you to bookmark worksheets to download later

How do I search for worksheets?

Search for a keyword on the front page of click advanced search to filter your search by subject, category, sub category and more.

What is the difference between Free and Subscription worksheets?

Free worksheets may be downloaded and printed by anyone and there are over 100 free worksheets. Subscription worksheets are only available to people who have a current subscription.

How do I get more information on a worksheet?

Click on the page you are interested in and you will have a page telling you category, title and reference number of the page. You have the option to see an enlarged version.

How do I download a worksheet?

Click on the worksheet you are interested in and you will be transferred to the download page. If you are entitled to download the worksheet you will the following buttons:

  • Open - this opens the worksheet on the screen and you can now save it or print it
  • Save - This allows you to save the worksheet on your computer
  • Close - returns to the Detail page without downloading

How do I specify where I want my items to be saved?

When you click on save, you will be given a save as window, similar to other windows programs. Choose the drive/folder as needed and if you want you can change the file name to a more meaningful filename.

Can I alter the text or the picture on the worksheet?

Sorry but you cannot alter the pages in anyway.

Can more than one person use the account?

There can only be one person logged in with a username. If a school wants more than one person logged in at a time, they can purchase additional user IDs.

How many images can I download per day?

You can download as many pages as you wish per day. If you are on a 30 day trial, you have a limit of 50 worksheets you can download.

If I find a problem on a page what do I do?

If you find a problem with any page please send an email to info@primary-worksheets.co.uk, with the worksheet reference and the problem.

How do I renew my subscription?

How do I change the password?

We suggest that schools change their passwords at least once a year. To do this:

  • Log in
  • My Account
  • Change my password
  • Enter current password and you new password twice.

I have forgotten my password?

Click on 'I have forgotten my password' and enter the email address used to register at the site. A new password will be sent to that email address.

When will my subscription expire?

Log in to your account and click on My Account and then view my subscription

When can I purchase a new subscription?

You can purchase a new subscription at any time

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

When purchasing a subscription, you will be prompted to enter a discount code
